We’re growing quickly and looking for skilled, motivated individuals to join our installation team.</p><h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Comfortable working at heights, on roofs, and in attics</p></li><li><p>Ability to repeatedly lift and carry 50+ pounds overhead</p></li><li><p>Must observe OSHA and Energy Harbor Safety Procedures at all times</p></li><li><p>Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail</p></li><li><p>Valid Driver’s License</p></li><li><p>Reliable means of transportation</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Work with a crew to install solar panels on residential and commercial roofs</p></li><li><p>Prepare, load, and organize installation vehicles daily</p></li><li><p>Maintain a clean and safe job site</p></li><li><p>Interact with homeowners and customers in a polite, professional manner</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Prior solar installation education or experience is a plus</p></li><li><p>Previous experience in roofing, electrical work, or construction trades</p></li><li><p>Comfortable working in fast-paced environments</p></li><li><p>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure</p></li><li><p>Desire to contribute to a collaborative and positive work environment</p></li></ul>                </div>
