(Expertise in ETL). Supporting PGTR QO Management with the development and administration of the BU-QO’s Power BI reports and data management.</li><li>Working closely with the HE Performance &amp; Analytics Team who is the owner of the most important data base feeding the Transformers Power BI visualizations.</li><li>Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources and ensure accuracy and consistency. Development of tabular and multidimensional models that are compatible with warehouse standards.</li><li>Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.</li><li>Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support business operations, identify trends, and make recommendations for process improvements.</li><li>Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in ERP systems, data analysis, and Power BI development. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data analysis solutions using Power BI.</li><li>Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of data quality and completeness.
