This is an entry level role into the world of interdealer broking on one of the busiest desks in the global financial markets. The successful candidate will receive on the job training and exposure to the financial markets we operate within, namely Interest Rate Swaps. We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual that is able to work in a very fast moving, energised and dynamic environment and is able to think on their feet.In this role, you will support senior brokers in executing trades, supporting client relationships, and delivering market insights. You will gain in-depth knowledge of IRS's, including their pricing, yield dynamics, and the macroeconomic factors influencing these instruments.
