You will need to develop a good knowledge of the AR function to supplement your existing knowledge of our business, and the relationships you have within them. You will also be expected to work in close partnership with the Team Lead of E&amp;C Accounts Receivable, and support the inexperienced members of that team, so that they can operate as efficiently as possible, and improve the collections ratio within this area.Role Responsibilities:<ul><li>Working closely with the Team Lead of E&amp;C AR, to better understand and help overcome the challenges we face</li><li>Join the weekly E&amp;C debt review meetings, and provide a meeting summary, and assign actions, following each meeting. </li><li>Deal with, and resolve, queries across all brands and, where appropriate, engage with our business to escalate issues </li><li>Create and maintain relationships with senior commercial management across all 3 brands in the E&amp;C space, so that we can leverage relationships they may have, with their clients, to escalate issues and reduce the overall debt.</li><li>Understand the overall processes and procedures, to identify, and help implement areas of improvement.</li><li>Ensuring any changes to our business, such as the migration of desks onto new systems, or brokers transferring between businesses or regions are known and all necessary steps are taken to ensure the changes can be accommodated, and do not negatively impact our ability to collect debt.</li><li>Being responsible for gathering helpful information for invoicing purposes, billing details for funds.
