Here are some of the perks and rewards.<ul><li>Competitive compensation package   </li><li>Annual bonus program tied to company and individual performance  </li><li>No premium cost medical plan option available   </li><li>Paid training programs  </li><li>Career growth opportunities and tuition reimbursement   </li><li>Safety-focused culture   </li></ul>What you’ll do:   <ul><li>You will be based in our New Iberia, LA service Center</li><li>Translate business requirements into effective training interventions focused on billing processes and their integration with other departments.</li><li>Recommend work procedures and processes that support company and departmental standards, procedures, and strategic directives.</li><li>Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions, especially related to billing and cross-departmental workflows.</li><li>Deliver training courses that support effective operations, excellent customer service, and accurate billing practices.</li><li>Periodically evaluate ongoing training programs to ensure they reflect any process or system changes.</li><li>Support the business in improving communication, implementing processes, and enhancing efficiency where possible.</li><li>Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to customize training content to Aggreko’s specific billing workflows and tools</li></ul>What We’re Looking For:<ul><li>Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent combination of education and experience, plus 3-5 years’ experience in a relevant role, ideally with billing, finance, or process training focus.</li><li>Strong PC literacy in Microsoft Office Suite, with expert-level skills in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, reporting).</li><li>Experience with ERP systems or customer relationship management (CRM) databases is highly desirable.</li><li>Proven ability to translate complex billing processes into clear, engaging training content using strong analytical and process mapping skills to visualize workflows and identify improvement opportunities.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong facilitation capabilities for workshops and interactive sessions.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with multi-tasking capabilities with proven initiative, attention to detail, critical analysis, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to prioritize workload effectively and deliver training on schedule.</li><li>Adaptability and willingness to quickly learn Aggreko’s business context and culture.</li><li>Comfortable using virtual training platforms, presentation tools, and collaboration software.</li></ul>Find out more and apply now.Bring your energy.
