Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!<h1>Responsibilities:</h1>Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Prepare month end financial closing including analysis of production P/L (e.g. variance analysis) and develop financial forecast </li><li>Continuously monitor key financial KPI, evaluate risks and provide financial analysis and advise to operations management team regarding efficiency, process improvement and cost savings </li><li>Ensures adhere hence to IC pricing principles and Transfer Pricing guidelines in line with internal/external standards and requirements </li><li>Responsible for accuracy of inventory valuations including flow of materials through the plant </li><li>Responsible for fixed assets including the capital appropriation process, asset valuations and adherence with FHCS fixed asset policies </li></ul>Additional Responsibilities <ul><li>Maintain proper internal controls according to Freudenberg Group and FHCS guidelines </li><li>Support Make-or-Buy scenarios by providing inputs regarding local production costs </li><li>Meet all FHCS/Freudenberg Group reporting due dates </li><li>Support operations with development of annual operating plans </li><li>Maintain current and accurate cost accounting records </li><li>Supports actively in the implementation of all changes in   corporate standards and procedures </li><li>Does work on ad-hoc requests    </li></ul>Organization<ul><li>Directly Reports to: Senior Manager Finance and Controlling Production or Director </li><li>Functionally reports to: Senior Manager or Director Finance and Controlling </li><li>Number of Direct reports: None </li></ul>Interactions (internal &amp; external)<ul><li>Plant management team </li><li>Production Finance Teams (GPNET) </li><li>FHCS Country/Regional Management Team </li><li>FHCS Corporate Functions  </li></ul><h1>Qualifications:</h1>Professional Experience and Education<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting,  </li><li>At least 0-3 years of experience working in cost accounting and financial analysis in a manufacturing environment </li><li>Fluent English written and spoken to lead correspondence with FHCS group wide stakeholders </li></ul>Specific knowledge<ul><li>Local GAAP and IFRS Accounting knowledge </li><li>Cost and investment controlling </li><li>Working knowledge of SAP </li><li>Understanding of Lean Methods </li><li>Expertise working with Microsoft Excel for data analysis </li></ul>Specific competencies<ul><li>Drive for Results </li><li>Priority Setting </li><li>Customer Focus </li><li>Integrity &amp; Trust </li></ul>The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
