Above all we will never stop learning and striving to help each other reach our maximum potential.</div><br><br><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Assemble and fine-tune subcomponents for our drone</li><li>Perform hands-on tasks like gluing, sanding, drilling, soldering, and labeling</li><li>Support testing and quality control to ensure each drone meets our high standards</li><li>Help keep our stock and production line organized and efficient</li><li>Jump in across production areas when needed </li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Enrolled in engineering studies (FH/ETH) or a technical apprenticeship (polymechanics, automation, etc.)</li><li>Able to commit to fixed weekdays during semester, also in semester breaks</li><li>Hands-on, detail-oriented and eager to learn new skills</li><li>Comfortable communicating in English</li></ul><h3>Plus</h3><ul><li>Hobby projects (e.g. RC models, robotics, 3D printing, electronics tinkering) are a plus</li><li>Familiar with startup environment </li></ul><br><div>If you enjoy teamwork more than being the individual superhero, and if you thrive in a feedback-driven culture and an exciting, unconventional yet structured and progressive start-up environment, we would love to hear from you.</div>
