This position manages the end-to-end training lifecycle—from development and refresh of content to tracking completion, hosting summits, and driving employee growth through Veo Universality and other development initiatives. In addition, this role owns L&amp;D analytics and reporting: defining KPIs, building dashboards, translating data into actionable insights, and delivering executive-ready presentations to leadership. The L&amp;D PM also partners with Data/IT to leverage integrations that streamline data flows across platforms.You’ll partner closely with operational leaders, subject matter experts, and the People &amp; Culture team to ensure training is aligned with business goals, operational excellence, and compliance standards. This role is a hybrid role and you will be required to go into the office, located inside Santa Monica, CA, 4 days a week.Responsibilities: Training Content Management<ul><li>Update and develop training materials for frontline, management, and support roles.</li><li>Ensure content reflects current policies, processes, tools, and best practices.</li><li>Create learning resources in multiple formats (e.g., videos, guides, e-learning modules, job aids).</li><li>Collaborate with SMEs  (Boosters) to maintain technical accuracy and operational relevance.</li></ul>Training Delivery &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Oversee and track training completion across all markets.</li><li>Coordinate onboarding, role-specific upskilling, and refresher sessions.</li><li>Organize and facilitate periodic training summits for leadership and market teams.</li><li>Partner with managers to identify training needs and close performance gaps.</li></ul>Employee Development<ul><li>Lead ongoing employee development programs aligned with career pathways.</li><li>Monitor and report training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.</li></ul>Analytics, Reporting &amp; Integrations<ul><li>Define L&amp;D KPIs (e.g., adoption, completion, assessment performance, time-to-competency, training impact/ROI) and maintain a metric glossary.</li><li>Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) that surface trends, segment performance by market/role/tenure, and highlight risks/opportunities.</li><li>Deliver clear, executive-ready presentations and written readouts with insights, root causes, and prioritized recommendations; tailor narratives for leadership vs. field audiences.</li><li>Run analyses and experiments (e.g., A/B tests, cohort analysis, pre/post impact studies) to evaluate program effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.</li></ul>Program Management<ul><li>Maintain a structured training calendar and update content on a regular cadence.</li><li>Evaluate program effectiveness and propose improvements based on learner feedback and business results.</li><li>Ensure all training programs meet compliance and safety requirements.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:Required:<ul><li>Proficiency in data &amp; analytics for L&amp;D: advanced Excel/Google Sheets to build dashboards and reports.</li><li>Strong data storytelling and presentation skills with a track record of producing executive-ready slide decks and business readouts that drive decisions.</li><li>3+ years in Learning &amp; Development, Training, or Program/Project Management (preferably in an operations, logistics, or service environment).</li><li>Proven experience designing and delivering engaging training content.</li><li>Strong skills in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning principles.</li><li>Excellent communication and facilitation skills (in-person and virtual).</li><li>Proficient with LMS platforms (experience with Schoox, Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.).</li><li>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience with  BI tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar) </li><li>Experience in the micromobility, transportation, or logistics industry.</li><li>Integrations experience (plus): connecting platforms via APIs or middleware (e.g., LMS ↔ HRIS, Google Workspace, Slack, BI tools); familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Zapier/Make) or light scripting (e.g., SQL, Apps Script, Python) is a bonus.</li><li>Experience planning and executing training events and summits.</li><li>Familiarity with measuring training ROI and building executive dashboards.</li></ul>Compensation: The base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000 - $100,000 + Annual Performance Bonus + Equity (Stock Options) + Full Range of Benefits. Veo is a total compensation company, and pay is determined by geographic cost of labor and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training - so not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Our total compensation package for this role, including bonus potential, ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 per year. Note: Veo benefit, bonus and stock programs may be subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
