This role is and is based in North Chicago.  We invite you to watch this video <a href="https://vimeo.com/983310289?share=copy">CLICK HERE</a>  to discover more about the exciting job responsibilities of a CDL Driver at Triumvirate Environmental. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Safely operate and drive commercial vehicles, including but not limited to tractor trailers, tankers, roll-offs, and box trucks, in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.  </li><li>Transport hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials to disposal or recycling facilities.  </li><li>Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring they are in safe operating condition.  </li><li>Maintain accurate digital logs of working hours, vehicle service, and repair status, following all applicable DOT regulations.  </li><li>Complete all required manifest paperwork and documentation accurately  </li><li>Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and clients to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.  </li><li>Assist with loading and unloading of materials as needed.  </li><li>Properly secure load to ensure safe &amp; compliant transportation of materials  </li><li>Participate in ongoing training and development programs to maintain industry knowledge and skills. </li></ul>Basic Requirements:  <ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.  </li><li>Active Hazmat endorsement. </li><li>Proficiency in driving manual transmission vehicles is required. </li><li>The Driver position frequently handles hazardous chemicals and biological waste.
