Join our team.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the end-to-end execution of cross-functional projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in alignment with quality and safety standards.</li><li>Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and contractors to ensure clear communication, alignment, and timely execution of project milestones.</li><li>Lead regular project meetings, maintain project documentation, and provide progress updates to stakeholders.</li><li>Develop and manage detailed project plans, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.</li><li>Identify project risks, delays, or resource gaps early and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.</li><li>Monitor and analyze project performance using key metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to meet project objectives.</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, company policies, and best practices in safety, quality, and project management.</li></ul>Basic Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree</li><li>3–5 years of experience managing projects in a technical, manufacturing, or industrial environment.</li><li>Strong understanding of project management principles, tools, and methodologies.</li><li>Proficient in project scheduling and reporting software (e.g., MS Project, Excel, or similar).</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.</li><li>Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>PMP or equivalent project management certification.</li><li>Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) environment.</li><li>Familiarity with EH&amp;S standards and working in environments with regulated materials.</li><li>Willingness to travel or work at off-site project locations as needed.</li></ul>Our pay and benefits<ul><li>Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 annually, depending on education, experience and skills</li><li>Equity position in Niron via stock option grant</li><li>Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>Mental healthcare</li><li>401k plan with company match</li><li>Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays</li><li>Experience in a fun, high-performing, manufacturing environment</li></ul>
