We’re focused on shaping thoughtful, team-driven approaches that support both business impact and individual well-being.We also prioritise meaningful company-wide gatherings like our annual conference and end-of-year celebrations, that bring us together to align, connect, and celebrate.What will I be doing?Support the localisation efforts for our platform, ensuring it meets the specific regulatory, market, and cultural requirements of diverse European countriesCollaborate intensely with external clients and in-country experts to understand their unique needs and requirements, and help document them for features related to country-specific needs for various domains, including energy tariffs/pricing, billing, finance, payments, or customer lifecycleCreate from scratch and iterate on business process maps using a simplified BPMN framework, in a way that identifies key questions to raise in workshops.
