This is an opportunity to be part of a company committed to sustainability and innovation, where your skills will directly contribute to the delivery of eco-friendly buses needed for cleaner transport.</p><p><strong>Starting salary: $20.00/hour. Onsite work required, 40 hours/week, 10-hour shifts from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Thursday, with potential for overtime on Friday and Saturday.</strong></p><h3>What You Will Do</h3><ul> <li>Lives and role models the company values and culture at all times</li> <li>Receive and inspect incoming materials to ensure compliance with specifications.</li> <li>Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage of materials.</li> <li>Coordinate with production teams to understand material needs and schedules.</li> <li>Select and prepare materials for production processes efficiently and safely.</li> <li>Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and products as needed.</li> <li>Conduct regular inventory audits and assist with stock replenishment efforts</li> <li>Adhere to safety and quality standards in all handling and storage practices.</li> </ul><h3>What You Need to be Successful</h3><ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.</li> <li>Proven experience in a material handling or warehouse role.</li> <li>Experience in a manufacturing environment an asset.</li> <li>Familiarity with inventory management systems and software such as ERP/WMS systems.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.</li> <li>Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects as required.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.</li> <li>Must be certified or become certified to use forklift equipment</li> <li>Capable of meeting the physical requirements:</li> <ul><li>Regularly lift up to 10 lbs, frequently up to 25 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs, standing, walking for extended periods, performing repetitive tasks</li></ul> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>Competitive compensation and benefit package.</li> <li>A 40-hour working week, structured as four 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday.</li> <li>On-the-job training provided in a continuous learning environment.</li> <li>Advancement opportunities with a growing company.</li> <li>Apart of a team who is leading the world’s electrification of mass mobility.</li> </ul><p></p><h3>Our Why</h3><p>We move people.
