ICEYE is seeking a RF Production Team Lead to take ownership of all RF-related activities across the satellite production lifecycle—from incoming RF component verification to full satellite-level RF system testing. This is a critical, hands-on leadership role at the core of ICEYE’s spacecraft manufacturing operations. You will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for RF subsystem assembly, functional testing, and inspection—ensuring that every RF element of the spacecraft meets our rigorous quality and reliability standards.Your team will start with verification of RF components and antenna readiness, proceed through subsystem assembly and validation, and ultimately lead most of the full RF testing at satellite level. You will be responsible for team execution, robust process development, and ensuring full traceability and compliance with aerospace standards. Working closely with AIT, Engineering, and Quality teams, you will resolve issues, maintain smooth production flow, and drive continuous improvement in RF manufacturing practices.
