Dive in and thrive! Your Role As Office Manager (part-time 70–80%) – Office Operations, Events &amp; Procurement (all genders) you are the operational backbone of our organization. You make sure our office is a place where colleagues can work productively and feel comfortable. You take ownership of your area and enjoy the freedom to actively shape and develop it. In your day-to-day work, you collaborate with different internal and external teams and use modern tools and a contemporary tech stack. With 130+ colleagues from more than 20 nationalities, you play a key role in ensuring that everyone feels welcome and can work effectively at the office. How You Make an Impact <ul><li>You take responsibility for office operations and administration, ensuring a welcoming environment where colleagues feel supported and comfortable</li><li>You shape our Cologne office into a welcoming, safe and functional environment (organization, safety, repairs, coordination of external partners such as craftsmen, technicians, office equipment providers)</li><li>You organize and support events (from workshops and offsites to the Christmas party) to strengthen our team culture</li><li>You conduct onboarding for new employees in the areas of office &amp; security (access badges, rules &amp; processes)</li><li>You manage procurement &amp; supplier relations – from hardware and equipment to office services – including asset management (ordering, inventory, disposal)</li><li>You support the Finance team with travel management, including the organization and handling of business trips</li><li>You act as an internal contact person and welcome visitors and external partners, making sure they feel at ease from the very first moment</li><li>You support the management with administrative tasks</li><li>You contribute ideas to enhance sustainability in office operations</li><li>You act as internal contact person as well as for suppliers and other external partners</li></ul> Your Profile <ul><li>You have experience in office management/operations, assistance, service or a commercial environment</li><li>You work in a structured, independent and reliable way</li><li>You have a friendly, open personality and strong communication skills, especially in dealing with guests and colleagues</li><li>You like to take ownership of your topics and strive for continuous improvement</li><li>You have ideally already worked in a start-up/scale-up and feel comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment</li><li>You are present in our Cologne office at least 3 days per week (hybrid work possible on remaining days)</li><li>You have gained basic business knowledge through previous professional experience, vocational training or studies</li><li>You are fluent in German and English</li><li>You don’t meet all the criteria above but believe you would be a great fit for the role?
