More than that, we are an approachable, supporting and encouraging team who strive to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients and stakeholders.Here’s what you’ll do:As an NEC PM you will manage a or number of construction projects on behalf of clients.  Administering the respective clients project by fulfilling the role of the NEC PM under the contract. You will lead a small team consisting of a QS and NEC Site Supervisor.Key responsibilities and requirements:<ul><li>The candidate will have experience providing an NEC Project Manager role with experience in highway projects</li><li>Experience of using FastDraft or equivalent</li><li>Experience of NEC 3/4 Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC) main options A, B and C</li><li>Chair and lead associated meetings (internal and external)</li><li>Liaise with stakeholders</li><li>Making assessments of compensation events – both the time and cost.</li><li>Assessment of the programme (understanding float, time risk allowances concurrency, logic links, Key Dates, programming software) and making decisions</li><li>Record keeping, ability to price work or make own assessment of cost</li><li>Be familiar with risk reduction / management principles and application under the contract</li><li>Review and assess application for payments</li><li>Understanding the Works Information (NEC3) / Scope (NEC4)</li><li>Responding to issues within the deadlines dictated by the contract</li><li>Be familiar with dispute resolution</li><li>Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards associated with AECOM’s commission</li><li>Champion Health &amp; Safety best practices, including CDM responsibilities</li><li>Report regularly to the management team</li></ul>Come grow with us.Let's not forget about the perks at AECOM.
