1. HSSE (Health, Safety, Security &amp; Environment)<ul><li>Lead and oversee all operational activities on your sites in compliance with:<ul><li>The Group’s Golden Safety Rules</li><li>Regulatory and environmental requirements</li></ul></li><li>Work closely with the HSSE department to implement clear and robust safety procedures</li><li>Monitor PDPs and procedure updates</li></ul>2. Operations Management<ul><li>Supervise daily plant operations, including energy production billing</li><li>Analyze performance and monitor budgets</li><li>Draft monthly and quarterly performance reports for senior management</li><li>Contribute to strategies aimed at improving plant performance</li><li>Organize and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, while monitoring spare parts inventory</li><li>Conduct on-site technical inspections (PV modules, electrical and structural defects)</li><li>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>On-call duty on a rotating basis with other technicians (approx. one weekend per month)</li></ul>3. Contract &amp; Stakeholder Management<ul><li>Ensure proper execution of operations-related contracts (maintenance, services, procurement, subcontractors) and follow up on incidents</li><li>Take part in meetings with local authorities, partners, and communities to foster positive relationships and support project development</li><li>Liaise with insurance teams (reporting claims, monitoring claim resolution, communication with stakeholders)</li></ul>4. Performance Management<ul><li>Monitor key operational indicators for your plants</li><li>Analyze operational data, identify trends and variances against targets</li><li>Propose and implement corrective actions to ensure performance objectives are met</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate performance reporting</li><li>Collaborate with Asset Managers (presenting and discussing results and variances)</li></ul>
