Votre rôle :Sous la responsabilité du Directeur expérience client, le superviseur planifie, organise, dirige, contrôle et évalue les projets menant jusqu’à l’installation des technologies de TOMRA Canada. Il  assure un suivi des échéanciers des projets en coordonnant l’implication des différents départements. Il gère l’équipe d’installation et s’assure de la performance du département.Vos défis :<ul><li>Planifier et coordonner les activités d’installation des équipements en respectant les standards de qualité et les échéanciers, en collaboration avec les équipes internes. </li><li>Assurer le suivi des projets d’installation, incluant la collecte d’informations, la planification détaillée, le suivi des livrables et la production de rapports d’avancement. </li><li>Gérer et mobiliser l’équipe d’installation, en favorisant la performance, le développement des compétences et l’adhésion aux objectifs du département. </li><li>Communiquer efficacement avec les clients et les parties prenantes internes sur l’état d’avancement des projets et les enjeux potentiels. </li><li>Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus d’installation et à l’optimisation des méthodes de travail. </li><li>Contribuer à la gestion budgétaire du département d’installation, en assurant le suivi des coûts liés aux projets. </li><li>Appliquer les normes de santé et sécurité au travail, tant en mode préventif que correctif, pour garantir un environnement sécuritaire. </li></ul>Soutenir la gestion du changement, en accompagnant les équipes dans l’adoption de nouvelles pratiques et en anticipant les résistances.  Your role :Reporting to the Customer Experience Director, the supervisor plans, organizes, directs, controls, and evaluates projects leading up to the installation of TOMRA Canada technologies. He or she monitors project schedules by coordinating the involvement of various departments. He or she manages the installation team and ensures the department's performance.Your challenges :<ul><li>Plan and coordinate equipment installation activities in accordance with quality standards and schedules, in collaboration with internal teams.</li><li>Monitor installation projects, including gathering information, detailed planning, tracking deliverables, and producing progress reports.</li><li>Manage and mobilize the installation team, promoting performance, skills development, and adherence to departmental objectives.</li><li>Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders on project progress and potential issues.</li><li>Participate in the continuous improvement of installation processes and the optimization of work methods.</li><li>Contribute to the budget management of the installation department by monitoring project-related costs.</li><li>Apply occupational health and safety standards, both preventively and correctively, to ensure a safe environment.</li><li>Support change management by assisting teams in adopting new practices and anticipating resistance.</li></ul>
