ICEYE is a place where your development, your growth and your success is a priority. What will you do in this role? Global Treasury consists of Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Treasury functions globally.  This role will report directly to the Global Head of Treasury.  On a day-to-day basis, the Treasury Administrator will work closely with the Global Payroll Head to (i) support the end-to-end payroll process; (ii) support the employee expense reimbursement process, globally; and (iii) assist in managing third-party payroll relationships, globally.  The Treasury Administrator will also be available to support other members of the broader team as circumstances and workload warrant.The candidate will be joining a high-growth, scale-up stage company where needs are constantly changing.  While this is a fixed-term contract, for the right candidate, this can potentially become a permanent role within the broader finance team.Routine tasks are likely to include, but are not limited to:<ul> <li>Processing employee expense reports and ensuring adherence to policy,  data accuracy, and timely payment of reimbursements</li> <li>Extracting data from the expense management platform and creating reports </li> <li>Liaising with third-party payroll vendors and assisting with the execution of payroll in each country in ICEYE’s footprint</li> <li>Obtaining payroll data from the HR system, reviewing, validating, and delivering it to the third-party payroll vendors</li> <li>Facilitating approval flow and payment processing inquiries and requests</li> <li>Supporting the accounts payable team during high volume periods</li> <li>Supporting the Global Head of Treasury on ad hoc projects and initiatives</li> </ul>RequirementsWhat will you need to be successful in this role?<ul> <li>1-2  years of experience in a financial operations role </li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Natural ambition, drive, and strong work ethic</li> <li>Ability to prioritize effectively and operates with a sense of urgency</li> <li>Organized and detail-oriented</li> <li>Clear communication skills and the dexterity to work as part of a team or on an individual basis</li> <li>Fluent verbal and written English language is necessary</li> <li>University degree in Finance or related field </li> </ul>BenefitsWhat do we offer?<ul> <li>Base salary range for this position is contingent on your experience level, and will be negotiated individually.</li> <li>A job in a dynamic and growth-stage company environment with potential career optionality</li> <li>An independent role with a supportive and diverse work environment</li> <li>Occupational and private healthcare and life insurance </li> </ul>Diversity, equity, and inclusionAt ICEYE, we believe that diversity isn't just a buzzword – it's our greatest asset. We're committed to fostering an inclusive environment where every voice is not only heard but celebrated.
