This includes ensuring compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and supporting the integrity of hydrogen and nitrogen pipeline documentation.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><h3>Document Management</h3><p>- Maintain and control all technical documents including maintenance procedures, reliability reports, inspection records, and engineering drawings.<br>- Ensure proper version control, classification, and indexing for easy retrieval.<br>- Update and distribute documents according to revision protocols and approval workflows.</p><h3>Compliance &amp; Quality Assurance</h3><p>- Ensure documentation complies with BHIG standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO, SASO 844/2018).<br>- Support audits by providing accurate and up-to-date records.<br>- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents.</p><h3>Coordination &amp; Communication</h3><p>- Liaise with engineers, reliability specialists, maintenance teams, and external vendors to collect, verify, and file relevant documents.<br>- Distribute approved documents to stakeholders and archive obsolete records.<br>- Assist in preparing reports and dashboards related to plant reliability metrics.</p><h3>Digital &amp; Physical Records Management</h3><p>- Utilize systems such as ACONEX, SharePoint, and SAP for electronic document control.<br>- Organize and maintain physical filing systems as needed.<br>- Ensure backup and disaster recovery protocols for critical documents.</p><h3>Continuous Improvement</h3><p>- Recommend improvements to document control processes for efficiency and accuracy.<br>- Train team members on document control procedures and system usage.</p><h2>Qualifications</h2><p>- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Information Management, or Business Administration.<br>- 5+ years of experience in document control, preferably in industrial gases, oil &amp; gas, or heavy industries.<br>- Proficiency in document control software (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint, SAP).<br>- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 55000 standards.<br>- Strong organizational and communication skills.<br>- English fluency required; Arabic language skills are a plus.</p><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p style="text-align:inherit;"></p><p style="text-align:left;">We are the world’s largest hydrogen producer with over 80 years of industrial gas experience.
