Grow with us as we embark on building tomorrow together by being the safest, most diverse and most profitable industrial gas company in the world.  Reimagine What’s Possible Supplier Management<ul><li>Support new supplier qualification&amp; development and on boarding by reviewing quality system and process control which including supplier self-assessment questionnaire and preliminary evaluation</li><li>Review and monitor the quality system and production processes of supplier for specialty gases, cylinders and related accessories</li><li>Conduct on-site or remote supplier audit and follow up on audit findings to ensure timely closure of corrective action</li><li>Investigate non-conformance and respond to supplier-related quality issue as well as provide technical perspectives to solve abnormalities</li><li>Collaborate with supplier representatives on quality problems, ensure corrective actions are implemented and contribute to supplier quality improvement programs</li><li>Providing training to suppliers and internal teams on quality standards, processes, and best practices to enhance overall quality performance。</li><li>Conducting regular risk assessments to monitor changes in supplier performance and external factors that could impact quality。</li></ul>Incoming Quality Assurance and Control<ul><li>Define clear specifications for materials and components, detailing the required characteristics, tolerances, and performance criteria.</li><li>Create inspection plans that outline methods and frequency of inspections to be conducted on incoming materials. This may include visual inspections, dimensional checks, and functional testing.</li><li>Acceptance criteria must be defined to determine whether all incoming materials meet our quality standards. This includes establishing procedures for handling non-conforming products. </li><li>Maintain a comprehensive database of gas cylinder specifications such as material types and valve outlet types based on gas characteristics and end-use applications</li></ul>Conduct Continuous improvement (CI)<ul><li>Continually improve a robust Supplier Quality Management System</li></ul>Monitor and report on supplier KPIs Support supplier development programs to enhance product reliability and traceability Coordinate the quality issues with cross-functional team to conduct continuous improvement.
