The business’s comprehensive portfolio includes power transformers, traction transformers, insulation and components, digital sensors, and transformer services.How you’ll make an impact <ul><li>Ensure design and engineering activities without errors and on-time delivery in accordance with customer specifications / host factory needs while maintaining KPIs agreed with factory.</li><li>Ensure effective communication for team with host factory in terms of understanding the needs, design review meeting, urgency of task, resolving QN’s, fast response.</li><li>Recognize and reinforce the performance of team members by identifying and encouraging the improvements by development plan. </li><li>Responsible to generate/review active part and windings/ Tank &amp; Externals meeting factory limitation, guideline, and checklist as per IEEE standards. </li><li>Support for development of engineering team members and defining career paths.
