Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in SW development for in-depth product or technology-related issues. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting strategic technology management and future product/software/solution architecture. This role is contributing to the FOS Business Division in Bangalore India</div><div><br></div><div><b>Major Duties and Responsibilities:</b></div><div>You will be mainly accountable for:</div><div>· Product Vision and Strategy: Collaborate with the Global Product Managers to define and communicate the product vision and strategy, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.</div><div>· Collaborate with the other global POs in the program team and cross-functional teams to define, prioritize and maintain the product feature backlog according to agreed rules, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.</div><div>· Agile Ceremonies: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, bug triage and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement and alignment.</div><div>· Release Planning: Coordinate with the Global Product Managers, Release Manager and other stakeholders to plan and execute product releases, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.</div><div>· Drive the involvement of users and domain experts from the beginning of the backlog creation to acceptance testing</div><div>- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy</div><div>· Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities</div><div>· Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><b>Qualifications</b></div><div>· Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Power Electronics, CS or a related field</div><div>· Total 5-9 years of experience in product development with large-scale software development projects. Minimum 3 years of experience as a PO.</div><div>· Domain knowledge in Energy management systems/storage systems/ Battery Management systems.</div><div>· Strong understanding of agile methodologies and best practices.</div><div>· Excellent communication and leadership skills and Has Strong Decision-making skills.</div><div>· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.</div><div>· Proficiency in any one of project management tools and software (e.g., DevOps, Jira etc).</div><br><br><br>
