As a company we come together annually for our conference and end of year celebrations! Our goal is to build a self-sufficient and empowered team here on the ground in Australia. We’re well on our way, but until we get there we still have some reliances on our UK team. Being comfortable working flexibly for a portion of your working week to cover time zones is required. What will I be doing?You’ll be working with Kaluza’s energy optimisation and sales solutions, known as The Zoo. The Zoo is made up of SaaS technology platforms that aim to modernise the pricing and quoting process, and provide meaningful data visualisations for energy retailers globally.The Innovations Specialist will play a key role in driving process improvements and technological innovations. This role is crucial for identifying new opportunities, analysing existing workflows, and leading projects from initial concept through to successful implementation. You’ll be:<ul><li>Acting as a solution driver: You'll use your curious mind to identify opportunities for change and take the lead on seeing those changes through from the initial idea to final delivery.</li><li>Working independently: You'll be trusted to work autonomously, showing initiative and taking ownership of your projects.
