Are you a natural at making customers feel heard and valued? If so, we want you to be the face of our repair service desk at Zoomo London.We're looking for a skilled FOH customer service agent who will be the first point of contact for all our customer repair and maintenance needs. Key Responsibilities:<ul> <li>Be a Customer Hero: Manage the service desk and a steady stream of customer interactions for maintenance bookings, returns, and walk-in repairs.</li> <li>Quickly Diagnose: Triage bikes to identify issues, perform basic on-the-spot repairs, and get riders back on the road safely (Training provided).</li> <li>Manage the Tech: Use our Fleet Management Software and the Store App to manage all aspects of sales, returns, and maintenance.</li> <li>Promote our Values: Be a positive ambassador for Zoomo, upholding our values in every interaction with riders and suppliers.</li> <li>Assist the Team: Help with stocktaking and collaborate with Zoomo teams worldwide</li> <li>Collaborate with the Hub Manager, the Head Mechanic and other team members to ensure efficient workshop operations.</li> </ul>Requirements<ul> <li>Experience: You have experience in a bike shop or rental shop. We're also open to candidates from other fields like car or motorcycle shops/showrooms.</li> <li>Customer Service Skills: You've worked in a fast-paced, customer-facing role and know how to create a great customer experience.</li> <li>Relevant Industry Experience: You have experience in the cycling, food delivery, mobility, or technology industries.</li> <li>Flexibility &amp; Collaboration: You're a team player who can work shifts and potentially at different sites as needed.</li> <li>Administrative Skills: You're organized and can keep accurate logs of stock and repairs.</li> </ul>Do you think you have what it takes to join our team? Zoomo is a provider of electric bikes accessed via subscription models to help gig workers in the food delivery industry. Zoomo's high-quality LEV (light electric vehicle) range includes e-Bike, e-Moped, and e-Cargo options.
