Selection of components, generation of the required documentation for traceability, compliance, and configuration control in accordance with ZeroAvia aerospace industry standard processes for manufacturing handoff, following internal and aerospace industry standard processes. </li></ul><ul><li>Conduct hands-on testing, create and develop the required harnesses, test rigs and use of Oscilloscope, DMM, VNAs, spectrum analysers to commission and verify your designs. </li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with Systems, Mechanical, and Software teams and other stakeholders to support the integration of HW electronic circuit card designs. </li></ul>HW Development Assurance Activities: <ul><li>Own your design throughout your development cycle. Produce the required documentation for reviews, drive, address findings, and perform follow-up activities. </li></ul><ul><li>Support compliance with DO-254 Design Plan objectives and activities for simple and complex electronic hardware, including documentation, traceability, verification, and validation processes. </li></ul>Process Assurance: <ul><li>Maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure traceability, compliance, and configuration control, in alignment with ZeroAvia's design processes and procedures. </li></ul><ul><li>Conduct risk assessments, applying due diligence and contributing to the continuous improvement of ZA’s standards. </li></ul>Collaboration: <ul><li>At ZeroAvia, we embrace the principle of "One Team, One Goal"—you will need strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary design teams. </li></ul>Technical Skills: <ul><li>Proficient in Altium Designer or Mentor Siemens EDA. </li></ul><ul><li>Proficient in modelling electronic circuits using SPICE-based simulation tools Able to analyse and validate analog and mixed-signal designs through simulation.  </li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of physical implementation and good signal integrity practises of SPI, I2C, RS485, Ethernet and CAN communication interfaces. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong understanding of Electrical safety (Creepage and clearance, insulation requirements, etc). </li></ul><ul><li>Strong understanding of Low-Level Analogue circuit design and digital signal processing. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong skills in designing and implementing data acquisition systems. </li></ul><ul><li>Proven experience working with microcontrollers and digital signal processing. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong understanding designing electronics hardware to meet qualification and environmental requirements (EMC testing, etc). </li></ul>Experience Required: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent professional experience in hardware electronics design.  </li></ul><ul><li>5+ Years Hardware Development Experience. </li></ul>Experience Desired: <ul><li>Experience working in a Design Organisation Approval (DOA). </li></ul><ul><li>Design Experience against IEC 60664.
