This role is laser focussed on sourcing, ensuring integrity and conducting due diligence on the incredible natural capital and carbon projects we work with. You’ll be: <ul><li>Supporting the identification and sourcing of carbon and nature-based projects worldwide. </li><li>Building relationships directly with project developers, suppliers and other stakeholders, including visiting the site of projects. </li><li>At the heart of conducting structured reviews of project documentation, including implementing our leading Due Diligence Framework and assessments. </li><li>Managing, maintaining and improving our database of projects and information. </li><li>Supporting in the strategic improvement of our Natural Capital team’s processes and scope of work. </li><li>Helping design smarter and more efficient systems for project evaluation. </li><li>Preparing analytical summaries and evidence tables to support internal decision-making. </li></ul>This is a hands-on role at the cutting edge of natural capital, giving you early exposure to international stakeholders, project developers, and the real-world mechanisms shaping the future of carbon projects. About You <ul><li>Must have strong analytical skills and attention to detail. </li><li>Proficiency in data management and IT systems (Excel essential). </li><li>Academic background in environmental science or related field (MSc preferred). </li><li>Track record of conducting in-depth research and analysis in the environmental space. </li><li>Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging an international audience. </li><li>Ability to take initiative and work independently when needed. </li><li>Enthusiasm for process improvement and finding smarter, streamlined ways of working. </li></ul>Desirable extras: <ul><li>Experience in carbon markets, environmental due diligence, risk assessment, or sustainability reporting. </li><li>Language skills (e.g., Spanish, German, French, Portuguese) to support international collaboration. </li></ul>Why Join Us?
