In this role, you will play a pivotal part in pre-contract project delivery, supporting architectural design projects while following predictive project management methodologies. You will receive training to excel in the following areas: Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Providing day-to-day assistance to Senior Project Managers in project delivery </li><li>Assisting in proposal preparation and tender submission procedures </li><li>Coordinating and collaborating with the Design Team </li><li>Developing and managing project execution plans, organization charts, and status reports </li><li>Working closely and effectively with clients and internal project teams </li><li>Managing daily program activities throughout the project life cycle </li><li>Defining program governance and controls </li><li>Planning and monitoring the overall program progress </li><li>Managing the program's budget </li><li>Identifying and addressing risks and issues </li><li>Coordinating projects and their interdependencies </li><li>Optimizing resource utilization across projects </li><li>Managing stakeholder communication </li><li>Aligning project deliverables with program outcomes in collaboration with the business change manager </li><li>Overseeing main program documentation such as the program initiation document </li></ul>This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop essential project coordination skills and gain hands-on experience in project management within the architectural design field.
