We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Portugal and cover the northern region, preferably based in Porto greater area. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, cultivating strong client relationships, and representing TOMRA with the highest level of professionalism.This role is ideal for a sales professional with a passion for building markets and a strong commercial mindset. You will be instrumental in shaping and accelerating the growth of TOMRA Collection Solutions’ RVM (Reverse Vending Machine) footprint across Portugal.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead the full sales cycle—from lead generation and customer engagement to negotiation, installation coordination, and post-sale follow-up.</li><li>Identify and engage potential customers, establishing contact with key decision-makers and building long-term relationships.</li><li>Execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue, product mix, and profitability targets.</li><li>Drive market development by initiating and nurturing new business opportunities in the upcoming deposit return system in Portugal </li><li>Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, ensuring alignment with TOMRA’s commercial goals.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.</li><li>Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform and adapt sales strategies.</li><li>Provide regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.</li><li>Represent TOMRA at industry events and trade shows, enhancing brand visibility.</li></ul>What We’re Looking For:<ul><li>Business acumen and the ability to make commercially sound decisions.</li><li>A proactive, self-driven approach to identifying and developing sales opportunities.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting client relationships.</li><li>A collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally to support TOMRA’s mission in Portugal.</li></ul>
