<div> Venture Solar is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor. Candidates must have experience in receiving, issuing, organizing materials for maximum efficiency and preparing material daily to support Venture Solar residential installation crews.You will be responsible for:<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Properly organize warehouse to ensure all material is accessible, countable, and identifiable</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Must maintain a clean and orderly warehouse with accurate inventory and prepare all installation kits on time.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Pull material, restock installation crew vans, and return excess materials</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Review and document inventory count to ensure accuracy within the warehouse daily</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Complete auditable records: packing slips, pick lists, and job closeout paperwork</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Deliver materials to job sites when needed</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Use computer software system to issue and receive material</li></ul>What you’ll bring:<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Must have previous experience with forklift</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Ability to use a forklift to load and unload trucks</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Mechanical aptitude to pre-assemble parts</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Ability to perform repetitious duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Must be able to handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Excellent written and verbal communication skills required</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Excellent customer service skills required</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Excellent attendance is crucial for the team to achieve success</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Computer skills are preferred</li></ul>CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Valid, Active Driver’s License in the State of hire and Forklift Certification. Compensation: Full time work 40+ hours, overtime pay for over 40 hours in 1 week.This is a full-time, benefits-eligible role. $20.00-$25.00 per hour.
