Here are some of the perks and rewards.<ul><li>A competitive salary and benefits package (including but not limited to pension plan, bonus scheme, and Life Assurance) </li><li>Generous holiday entitlement, with option to ‘buy’ or ‘sell‘</li><li>A focus on continued personal development</li><li>Paid time off work for volunteering in the community</li><li>Access to our Employee Assistance Programme, which helps promote and support a healthy lifestyle</li></ul>What you’ll do: <ul><li>Responsible for the daily planning and scheduling of Technician’s work on customer sites</li><li>Responsible for planning for Field Technicians from 3 UK depots</li><li>Organise onsite inductions for the Technicians </li><li>Responsible for the allocation of labour across sites for emergency breakdowns, preventative maintenance, installations and decommissions</li><li>Identify and allocate the correct Technician to the assignment, and ensure on-time delivery</li><li>Liaise with depots and Service Managers across the business</li><li>Provide a first-class customer service experience, both internally and externally</li><li>Support all departments with administrative or organisational tasks, etc</li></ul>You’ll have the following skills and experience:<ul><li>Experience working in a fast-paced reactive environment</li><li>Ability to plan, organise and prioritise own work</li><li>Well-developed interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team</li><li>Attention to detail and deadlines</li><li>Computer literate and knowledge of Systems- preferably with experience of MS Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel and Salesforce.</li><li>Self-driven with strong communication and people skills</li></ul>Bring your energy.
