Responsibilities / Tasks<ul><li>Foster the conceptional development and implementation of a new sustainability reporting across the entire GEA Group AG from a finance perspective; especially Corporate Controlling</li><li>Ensure the target tracking process of the GEAs Mission ’26 sustainability targets with the new sustainability/ ESG reporting (e.g., Definition of KPIs and additional metrics)</li><li>Identify, define, and drive sustainability/ ESG reporting prerequisites and mandatory elements under the consideration of the official regulatory requirements / EU Taxonomy</li><li>Continuously monitoring of existing and potential upcoming regulatory requirements to ensure an anticipation of external needs and deviation of implementation tasks</li><li>Drive automatization initiatives for an efficient and effective data and reporting process</li><li>Orchestrate cross functional implementation and alignment processes for data collection/ exchange</li><li>Active stakeholder management across the entire GEA Group from a Corporate Controlling perspective, e.g., Sustainability Department, Investor Relations, Corporate Accounting as well as Division &amp; Regional Management</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Successfully graduated academic degree in Economics/ Business Administration or IT, ideally with focus on Controlling</li><li>Interest in sustainability topics and willingness to work on a new regulatory framework from a Corporate Controlling / reporting perspective</li><li>Excellent analytic skills and ability to think conceptually</li><li>Hands on approach, goal orientation working behavior as well as project management skills required</li><li>Experience in designing reports, dashboards and presentations  </li><li>Competent handling of SAP SEM-BCS, SAP BW, SAP Analysis, as well as MS Office, predominantly Excel und PPT</li><li>Basic knowledge of Alteryx, Dashboarding with SAP Analytics Cloud as well as VBA preferable</li><li>Pronounced ability to work in a team</li><li>Very good communication skills, especially in English &amp; German</li></ul><div>*For reasons of readability, no gender-specific differentiation is made in the job advertisement.
