You will be coordinating key processes, project plans and financial data and delivering basic business analyses to management. More specifically, you will: <ul><li>Process information from quotations, orders, project plans and schedules with support from ERP and other related systems</li><li>Report and coordinate business analyses of our project portfolio within our business line</li><li>Assist our team with coordination of project finance and payment schedules including letter of credits, bank guarantees etc.</li><li>Participate in developing and implementing workflows while ensuring that we continue to operate within our corporate guidelines and business processes</li><li>Participate in evolving the cost basis for our standardized project portfolio</li><li>General support to sales management.</li></ul>Your Profile / QualificationsOn a personal level, you take ownership of your tasks, keep a clear overview in complex setups, and communicate well with colleagues across departments.
