Responsibilities / Tasks<h2>Job Responsibilities</h2>This role is responsible for the following.<ul><li>Pumps and Pharma Sales Role for Business Unit Valves and Pumps New Machines</li><li>To ensure market reach and penetration in target geographies – direct as well as  through dealer / distributer / agents</li><li>To own and deliver order booking and sales as per target product mix.</li><li>Identify and actively search for new prospects across territory</li><li>Make effective approach and presentation to the target clients</li><li>Act responsibly  for overall sales and payment process</li><li>Build good rapport with the prospective clients and keep up the image of Company in the market</li></ul>Performance will be measured against specific targets, and the overall contribution to the organization growth.<ul></ul>Compensation will not be a constraint for the right candidate.Your Profile / QualificationsProfile<ul><li>You are an Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with 8-10 years of experience in selling of Capital equipment and machinery.</li><li>You should be  dynamic, committed, transparent and open – minded with independent and strategic thinking abilities</li><li>Should be working in an organized environment and able to follow systems and same time create new process to meet the changing needs of the market-place.</li><li>You must be willing to travel extensively</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
