We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, and a big team player, with great design skills to help bring our brand to life. How you pedal us forward!As a Graphic Designer at Swapfiets, you will create engaging designs and content for all our channels. This includes a variety of formats such as digital advertising campaigns, landing pages and web banners, newsletters &amp; email journeys, slide decks, retail materials, OOH and social posts (static, GIFs, video). You will also:<ul><li>Collaborate with our Creative Lead, copywriter, content creator, and marketers to deliver integrated campaigns in line with our communication strategy;</li><li>Turn creative briefs into sharp, engaging designs that are on-brand and channel-optimised across multiple markets;</li><li>Contribute to ideation, shaping concepts and activations with the brand &amp; creative team.</li><li>Act as a guardian of our brand identity, ensuring consistent, high-quality assets.</li><li>Partner with the Project Manager and Copywriter to prioritise and streamline workflows.</li><li>Stay ahead of design and social trends, keeping our brand fresh, relevant, and inspiring;</li><li>Work closely with external agencies and freelancers, providing design input and feedback;</li><li>Confidently pitch and present your design ideas to internal stakeholders.</li></ul>The gear you need!<ul><li>4-5 years of design experience (agency or in-house) working across digital, social, and print.</li></ul><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication, or a relevant field;</li><li>A strong portfolio that shows a balance of creativity, craft, and commercial impact;</li></ul><ul><li>Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and strong skills in Figma.</li><li>A sharp eye for detail, strong typography skills, and understanding of how design drives performance.</li><li>Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with a positive, collaborative mindset.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Swapfiets has a classic origin. A group of friends who have a good idea and are going to try it out. You receive a Swapfiets for a fixed amount per month and we ensure that your Swapfiets always works.

It turned out to be a very good concept. After a period of refurbishing bicycles, Swapfiets has come to the point that it has designed its own bicycle and that the service is going to more and more cities.

The iconic blue front tire is mounted on all bikes. This way it is always clear which Swapfiets bicycles are and who all belong to the family.

In the meantime, more and more people are discovering the convenience that Swapfiets brings. Great service, made simple.
