We are seeking a Tax Manager who will be responsible for providing tax advice and support to our business units, projects, and other stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring that all aspects of our business are compliant with tax laws and regulations, and that we minimize our tax liabilities in a responsible and ethical mannerWhat you will do• Provide tax advice and support to DTEK Renewables International BV and its subsidiaries, business units, projects, and other stakeholders on a wide range of tax issues, including corporate tax, indirect tax, customs, transfer pricing, and withholding taxes in countries of presence (Netherlands, Croatia, Italy, Poland and )  • Support the development and implementation of tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations • Control of CIT and VAT tax reporting in different regions (Netherlands, Croatia, Italy, Poland and Romania) • Manage tax audits, negotiations with tax authorities, and other tax-related issues as needed • Administration of the VAT refund process during the implementation of projectsManage tax due diligences with respect to the acquisition of development / investment projects • Collaborate with Group Tax, tax consultants, other departments, including legal and procurement, to ensure a coordinated approach to tax matters • Stay informed of tax laws and regulations and provide recommendations on changes that may impact the business • Perform tax research and analysis, and prepare tax reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders What you bring •\tMaster's degree in tax law, or a related field •\tA professional tax qualification such as NOB membership, CPA, ACA, or equivalent •\tAt least 5 years of experience in a tax advisory role, with a focus on renewables or similar industries •\tStrong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including corporate tax, indirect tax, customs, transfer pricing, and withholding taxes •\tExcellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. •\tStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders •\tAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-focused approach <ul></ul>What we offer• Exceptional salary and benefits package • Opportunities for professional growth and development • A collaborative and inclusive work environment • Supportive and dynamic company culture • Exciting and challenging projectsAt DRI, we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
