This role will report to the Director of HR Rewards, Systems, and Analytics and will play a critical part in implementing wage grades and analyzing compensation programs to ensure alignment with the company’s compensation philosophy, business goals, and market trends. This role will contribute to other projects on an ad hoc basis.
