Here is what you will do:<ul><li>Design and planning of civil engineering infrastructure such as earthworks/grading, roads, stormwater, sewer and water across various market sectors.</li><li>The role will entail design development, design review, coordination and management of resources, ad-hoc site supervision, preparation and/or review of typical deliverables e.g. design calculations, reports, drawings, bill of quantities, technical specifications and project documentation.</li><li>Guides junior engineers/technical resources and largely performs tasks independently to complete design/project deliverables.</li><li>Mentors junior staff.</li><li>Will be required to coordinate/manage/lead small to mid-sized teams, across disciplines on a project-by-project basis, including while working on international projects.</li><li>Supports the execution of projects in accordance with AECOM Quality Management System requirements.</li></ul>Here’s what we’re looking for:<ul><li>Solid experience in the design of civil infrastructural elements (earthworks/grading, roads, stormwater, sewer and water), particularly in a multi-disciplinary project delivery environment, across all project stages</li><li>Confident with strong communication skills (written and verbal), including report writing</li><li>Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D</li><li>Good working knowledge of ProjectWise and BIM360</li><li>Experience in the design and coordination of external wet and dry utilities will be advantangeous.</li><li>Experience in 12D Model and/or  Microstation, is advantageous</li><li>Experience working in other (international) standard specifications and/or design guidelines will be advantageous.  </li><li>Experience in the execution of multi-disciplinary projects through BIM</li><li>Ability to work independently or within a team environment, as required.</li></ul>
