JOB PURPOSE<ul><li>Carry out scheduled maintenance activities in line with the VMI &amp; VOI requirements as instructed by your Line Manager</li><li>Assist your Line Manager with the timely rectification of outstanding machine faults and manage all machine faults via FAMS.</li><li>To be competent in Grinder maintenance, repairs &amp; fault finding</li><li>Maximise machine availability</li></ul>KEY RESULT AREAS<ul><li>Undertake duties in line with agreed roster</li><li>Maintain competency in line with role requirement</li><li>Performance of machine following the completion of maintenance tasks</li><li>When undertaking machine-based duties you are responsible for the overall machine condition including documentation, tooling, spare parts, consumables, safety equipment and waste disposal</li><li>Responsible for the quality and condition of your vehicle internally &amp; externally, plus the storage of tooling, parts, equipment and PPE as per HR/ADV/H/G/004</li><li>Ensure the OTM is signed off as ‘fit for service’ after any maintenance/repair activity</li><li>Compliance with all company policies &amp; procedures, including Health &amp; Safety, Quality &amp; Environmental</li><li>Utilise IT equipment provided to update and access Apps and Programs associate with your role (FAMS, Q-Pulse, etc)</li><li>Engage with your Line Manager to identify and implement continuous improvement activities</li></ul>
