Select number of interventions and type based on costing and available budget.</li></ul>The consultancy will be done in close collaboration with SNV and AFDC staff.The villages to be included are: Soppeng, Napang, Napoung, Gnavaet, and Nongping in Bualapha District.Financial: agreed fee : 30TOTAL 100Technical Scores are weighted at 70%. Financial scores are weighted at 30%. Financial evaluation will be conducted for those proposals passing the technical evaluation.
