The Maintenance Development team within Technical Integrity Management, Integrated Operations is looking for our new colleague- an Integrity Maintenance Engineer to complement our team, which anchors the maintenance strategy governance within Generation, BU Offshore, BA Wind supporting the ‘Top Quartile Operator’ initiative, and delivers +25 years maintenance plans in SAP based on a Reliability Centered Maintenance approach, using the FMECA methodology (Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analyses) to identify insights into the risks associated with possible system failures and optimize the maintenance.You will work with a variety of stakeholders especially with Operations, Supply Chain &amp; Maintenance Systems, Operational Readiness, Digital Engineering, and Project Delivery &amp; Engineering departments to ensure focus on optimizing the maintenance operational life and yield of Vattenfall’s operating assets.Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Single Point Of Contact for assigned assets planned for Maintenance Strategy implementation, including stakeholder engagement and project management</li><li>Data gathering, processing, and gap analysis in preparation of FMECA</li><li>Support FMECA implementation, participate in FMECA workshop sessions.</li><li>Populate templates for revised SAP task lists including spares and tools</li><li>Provide Hypercare support on-site including offshore visits before implementation in SAP</li><li>Gatekeeper role for TECH tickets related to maintenance change requests</li><li>Ad hoc support for maintenance processes, improvement projects, and other team deliverables agreed on an ongoing basis</li></ul>
