We are looking for a Project Planner for our Industry Division to enforce its Project Controls Team. As a Planner, you develop and maintain project schedules in various projects and stages, from sales proposal to execution project. You work side by side with project management to execute project planning in the most efficient way, including typically:<ul><li>Setting up the project schedule development and control as well as progress reporting in all types of projects.</li><li>Working with the project team to develop the baseline schedule.</li><li>Tracking project deliverables progress, calculating the progress and forecasting the future.</li><li>Communicating the schedule status and reporting deviations.</li><li>Proactively managing the scheduling process including identifying critical timelines.</li><li>Actively engaging with the project team and relevant customer representatives as well as other stakeholders.</li></ul>Besides the standard project objectives, you constantly aim to achieve set targets through proactive collaboration with all project stakeholders.Your location can be in Vantaa, Tampere or Oulu.
