This role involves managing a team and ensuring operational reliability and availability according to the agreement. Key Responsibilities: Daily Operations Management:<ul><li>Plan, lead, and manage daily operation activities at the plant.</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction and meet contractual targets.</li></ul> Operational Reliability:<ul><li>Ensure the plant's operational reliability and availability as per the agreement.</li></ul> Performance and Development:<ul><li>Monitor plant performance indices.</li><li>Develop competent operations resources.</li><li>Approve annual operational plans and budgets.</li><li>Manage operations-related costs.</li></ul> Agreement Management:<ul><li>Manage operational responsibilities in accordance with Agreement Management processes and procedures.</li><li>Implement preventive and corrective actions to exceed customer expectations.</li></ul> Communication:<ul><li>Communicate effectively with the plant team regarding equipment condition and performance.</li><li>Provide suggestions for improvements.</li></ul> Personnel Management:<ul><li>Administer and train operations personnel.</li><li>Set and maintain qualification and training standards for plant operations personnel.</li><li>Ensure motivated personnel and good teamwork.</li></ul> Safety and Procedures:<ul><li>Implement plant safety policy and QEHS procedures.</li><li>Establish and implement standard operations policies and procedures.</li></ul> Reporting and Budgeting:<ul><li>Prepare reports, plans, and budgets as instructed.</li><li>Identify and seek to improve operational reliability and availability.</li></ul> Maintenance and Costs:<ul><li>Approve maintenance program planning in line with operational compromises.</li><li>Negotiate costs and purchase materials related to operations services.</li></ul> Development:<ul><li>Develop and improve the operation plan and resources for its implementation and administration.
