You will be working in an exciting, international environment and contributing personally to the company’s success.What will your day/week look like with us: <ul><li>Manage warehouse &amp; logistics operations effectively, systematically, and safely to ensure uninterrupted production and shipment processes.</li><li>Maintain stock accuracy at a near 100% level and guarantee material flow in line with FIFO/FEFO principles.</li><li>Ensure on-time and accurate shipments to enhance customer satisfaction.</li><li>Optimize warehouse space utilization and ensure full compliance with occupational health &amp; safety standards.</li><li>Keep team motivation and performance high to continuously improve efficiency.</li><li>Regularly monitor stock accuracy rate, on-time delivery, scrap/damage rate, etc., to secure the achievement of targets.</li><li>Managing inbound, storage, picking, shipment, and return processes.</li><li>Planning, task allocation, and performance monitoring of warehouse staff.</li><li>Conducting regular stock counts and inventory activities to ensure stock accuracy.</li><li>Recording all warehouse transactions accurately and on time in ERP/SAP systems.</li><li>Ensuring warehouse order, 5S practices, and occupational health &amp; safety inspections.</li><li>Securing on-time shipments with correct quantities and complete documentation.</li><li>Monitoring and reporting warehouse KPIs (stock accuracy rate, on-time delivery, scrap/damage rate, etc.).</li><li>Actively participating in improvement projects focused on efficiency and cost optimization.</li></ul>  What are the requirements that we expect from a successful talent:  <ul><li>Preferably a graduate of Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related departments.</li><li>Minimum 8 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations.</li><li>Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems (experience with the WM module is a plus).</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel).</li><li>Experience in team management and leadership.</li><li>Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.</li><li>English proficiency is an advantage. </li></ul>We're committed to shaping a better future for everyone. #EnergizeYourCareer and join us on our journey towards a greener tomorrow.
