We’re looking for an Operations &amp; Project Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of our sustainability-focused construction projects and internal operations. This role is perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to apply their skills in a fast-moving climate organization.You’ll work closely with our leadership team, field partners, and external stakeholders to keep projects on time, on budget, and mission-aligned.<hr><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Support coordination of construction and sustainability projects from planning to completion</li><li>Maintain project timelines, calendars, and documentation</li><li>Coordinate internal operations — including scheduling, reporting, and workflow systems</li><li>Track deliverables, update project dashboards, and prepare regular status reports</li><li>Serve as a point of contact for vendors, partners, and clients</li><li>Assist in grant/project reporting, invoicing, and compliance tracking</li><li>Continuously improve operational systems and recommend process improvements</li><li>Help manage digital tools (e.g. Asana, Google Workspace, Airtable, Notion)</li></ul><hr><h3>You Might Be a Fit If You...</h3><ul><li>Have 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or admin (construction, climate, or nonprofit experience a plus)</li><li>Are highly organized, reliable, and communicative</li><li>Are a systems thinker who enjoys solving problems and streamlining processes</li><li>Are tech-savvy and quick to learn tools like Trello, Notion, or Airtable</li><li>Thrive in a dynamic, mission-driven team with a lot of autonomy</li><li>Have a strong interest in sustainability, climate, or green building</li><li>Are U.S.-based and authorized to work in the U.S.</li></ul><hr><h3>Compensation &amp; Benefits</h3><ul><li>Flexible, remote-friendly work environment</li><li>Paid time off + company holidays</li><li>Opportunities for training, certification, and professional development</li><li>Potential for role growth as the company scales</li></ul>
