Join our world-class team today.  Position Specific DescriptionThe successful candidate will join NextEra’s Federal Regulatory Affairs team, a high-functioning and collaborative in-house legal team based out of NextEra’s Washington, D.C. office that includes seven FERC attorneys plus support staff.  The team represents NextEra and its subsidiaries before FERC.  The ideal candidate will have law firm or in-house experience and demonstrable expertise in matters related to FERC-jurisdictional cost-of-service ratemaking, regulatory accounting, and incentive rate treatments available under FERC Order No. 679.  The role is being created to provide a dedicated FERC legal resource for NextEra Energy Transmission, which is the leading competitive transmission company in North America.
