You’ll support everything from internal workflows to client-facing project coordination, with an emphasis on efficiency, organization, and climate-aligned outcomes.This role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys working behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly, and wants to make a meaningful contribution to climate solutions.<hr><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Coordinate and optimize internal operations processes (tools, templates, checklists)</li><li>Track sustainability projects from proposal to delivery using platforms like Asana, Notion, or Airtable</li><li>Schedule team meetings, take notes, and manage action item follow-ups</li><li>Assist with vendor, subcontractor, and client communication and documentation</li><li>Support emissions tracking, reporting, and climate impact data collection</li><li>Manage basic financial operations: invoicing, budget tracking, and reporting</li><li>Help build and maintain digital systems for project and team management</li><li>Collaborate with leadership on ops strategy and cross-functional coordination</li></ul><hr><h3> You Might Be a Fit If You...</h3><ul><li>Have 1–4 years of experience in operations, admin, or project coordination</li><li>Have excellent organizational and time management skills</li><li>Are familiar with tools like Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, Asana, or Trello</li><li>Are proactive, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure</li><li>Have strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Care deeply about sustainability and want to support climate impact projects</li><li>Are U.S.-based and authorized to work in the United States</li></ul><hr><h3>Compensation &amp; Benefits</h3><ul><li>Health Insurance (medical, dental, vision) – with partial or full employer contribution</li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO) – 15–20 days per year</li><li>Paid Holidays – 8–10 federal holidays</li><li>Sick Leave – separate from PTO, ideally 5–10 days</li><li>Remote Work – flexible schedule and location within the U.S.</li><li>401(k) or Retirement Plan Access – even if employer match is limited</li></ul>
