<div> JOB TITLE: Order Fulfillment SpecialistAUTHORITY &amp; SUPERVISION: <ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Reports directly to the Senior Facilities Inventory Manager and the Assistant Inventory &amp; Logistics Manager</li></ul>JOB DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Use Apex Trading, Dutchie and METRC inventory systems to fulfill orders</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Move products digitally and physically in Dutchie and METRC systems</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Create packages in Metrc and Dutchie from production batches</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Create wholesale transfer manifests in Dutchie</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Pick and process retail and wholesale orders for deliveries</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Review and ensure accuracy of orders for on-time delivery</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Assist the Cannabis Inventory Coordinators with stocking and organizing products</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Communicate product discrepancies with the Facilities Inventory Managers</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Assist with third party labeling as needed</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Provide coverage as a Logistics Driver for wholesale deliveries as needed</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Other duties and tasks as assigned by management</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Minimum of 21 years of age.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Possess valid driver’s license or state ID.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Experience in high volume packaging preferred</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites</li></ul>ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Must pass all required background checks.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Must be proactive, have strong work ethic and pay great attention to detail</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Organizational and time management skills required</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Must be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Frequently move up to 30+ pounds of equipment/materials/product (100 pounds with assistance)</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Must be comfortable working in a variable environment including high temperatures and     humidity</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Comfortable working on lifts / heavy equipment and heights over 6 feet off the ground</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">May include being in a stationary position or moving for extended periods</li></ul>   </div>
