<div> About the role BURN is seeking a detail-obsessed analyst to own internal payroll audits (employees, contractors, and sales agents), strengthen payroll controls, and turn HR data into decision-ready insights. You’ll design and run recurring payroll audits and reconcile variances. You’ll also build dashboards across hiring, engagement, compensation, and performance, and act as a BCP backup for payroll execution. As we transition personnel records to Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central, you’ll champion data quality, retention/privacy, and enable system change-logs for auditability. This role is critical to payroll accuracy, People data integrity, operational efficiency, and compliance. Duties and Responsibilities <ul><li style="margin-bottom:30px;margin-left:8px;">Payroll audit &amp; compliance<ul style="list-style-type:circle;"><li style="margin-bottom:30px;">Design and run recurring internal payroll audits (e.g., monthly/quarterly): validate gross-to-net, statutory deductions, benefits, and bank details; investigate anomalies; document findings and remediation.</li><li style="margin-bottom:30px;">Establish and monitor payroll internal controls: segregation of duties, maker-checker approvals, access controls, audit trails, and regular reconciliations.</li><li style="margin-bottom:30px;">Sales-agent commission audits: reconcile ERP sales data to commissionable events; test plan logic, rate tables, caps/floors, clawbacks, and draws; sample transactions, recalc payouts, and sign off pre-pay.</li><li style="margin-bottom:30px;">Coordinate with Finance/Legal on external inquiries, employment verifications, and support for regulatory or investor audits; maintain audit workpapers and evidence.</li></ul></li><li style="margin-bottom:30px;margin-left:8px;">HR data analytics &amp; reporting<ul style="list-style-type:circle;"><li style="margin-bottom:30px;">Build and maintain dashboards/KPIs across hiring funnels, engagement, compensation, attendance/leave, and performance; deliver trends, variance/exceptions, and predictive insights to leadership. </li><li style="margin-bottom:30px;">Aid the HR Team to maintain clean HR data, with employee data moving 100% to the Microsoft NAV ERP - define data mappings, quality checks, and reconciliations.</li><li style="margin-bottom:30px;">Run ad-hoc analysis as needed</li><li style="margin-bottom:30px;">Payroll operations (BCP)</li><li style="margin-bottom:30px;">Serve as a documented BCP resource to execute payroll end-to-end when needed; keep SOPs current, with test runs and checklists.</li></ul></li></ul>Skills and Experience<ul><li style="margin-bottom:30px;margin-left:8px;">Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Accounting/Finance, Data/Analytics, HR, or similar).</li><li style="margin-bottom:30px;margin-left:8px;">3–5+ years in payroll audit/compliance, HR data analysis, or related analytical roles.</li><li style="margin-bottom:30px;margin-left:8px;">Hands-on experience with HRIS/ATS and ERP (Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central preferred); advanced Excel/Sheets.</li><li style="margin-bottom:30px;margin-left:8px;">Strong grasp of internal controls (preventive/detective/corrective), reconciliations, sampling, and evidence retention.</li><li style="margin-bottom:30px;margin-left:8px;">Excellent communication - able to explain complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders; crisp documentation.</li></ul>                                                  Qualified Female Candidates encouraged to Apply BURN does not charge a fee at any stage of the recruitment process (application, interview, meeting, processing, training, or any other fees).     </div>
