Collectively, TP ICAP is the largest interdealer broker in the world by revenue, the number one Energy &amp; Commodities broker in the world, the world’s leading provider of OTC data, and an award winning all-to-all trading platform.Founded in London in 1866, the Group operates from more than 60 offices in 27 countries.  We are 5,200 people strong.  We work as one to achieve our vision of being the world’s most trusted, innovative, liquidity and data solutions specialist.Role Responsibilities<ul><li>Support the monitoring of credit exposures related to the Group’s cash on deposit, invoiced brokerage receivables, and matched principal broking activity</li><li>Assist with the investigation and escalation of credit risk breaches, helping to ensure timely identification and communication to relevant stakeholders</li><li>Support the administration of matched principal broking limits, including coordination with the business and the FRM Client Lifecycle unit to facilitate reallocation and maintain exposures within appetite.</li><li>Contribute to the monitoring of potential margin and collateral call exposures, escalating issues as needed when appetite thresholds are breached</li><li>Coordinate with business units and General Clearing Members to support the exchange-traded limit setting process</li><li>Assist in monitoring market risk positions, ensuring appropriate escalation when thresholds are exceeded</li><li>Prepare and maintain reporting outputs related to financial risk exposures, including daily reports, watchlists, and committee materials</li><li>Act as a point of contact for exposure management queries within the region, providing support and guidance where required</li><li>Support the preparation of materials for regional committees and governance forums, including deep dive MI as requested</li><li>Participate in project-related activities impacting the department, such as system updates or vendor interactions</li><li>Support control activities as assigned, including contributing to the annual control attestation process and assisting with remediation efforts</li><li>Assist in maintaining departmental procedures related to tasks and controls, ensuring documentation remains current</li><li>Promote awareness and compliance with the Code of Conduct, Risk Management Handbook, Compliance Manual, and relevant policies</li></ul>Experience / Competences<ul><li>Experience working in a credit or financial risk environment, ideally as part of a team</li><li>Basic understanding of counterparty credit risk and common risk measures like MTM and VaR</li><li>Some exposure to financial markets and broking activities, including OTC and exchange-traded products</li><li>Awareness of margin and collateral calls and how they affect liquidity</li><li>General understanding of market risk and how it can arise from trading or broking</li><li>Familiarity with the trade lifecycle and how it can lead to financial risk</li><li>Able to produce clear and accurate reports for internal use</li><li>Comfortable using data tools; programming knowledge is helpful but not essential</li><li>Good attention to detail and communication skills; able to work with people at different levels</li><li>Confident using internal systems to support risk monitoring and reporting</li><li>Experience helping to improve processes or ways of working</li></ul>Job Band &amp; Level: Manager, 6#LI-MID #LI-HybridNot The Perfect Fit?Concerned that you may not meet the criteria precisely?
