Here are some of the perks and rewards:<ul><li>Generous benefits package (including but not limited to pension plan, bonus scheme, and Life Assurance)</li><li>Generous holiday entitlement, with option to ‘buy’ or ‘sell’</li><li>A focus on continued personal development</li><li>Paid time off work for volunteering in the community</li><li>Access to our Employee Assistance Programme, which helps promote and support a healthy lifestyle</li></ul>What you’ll do:<ul><li>Work closely with finance users to identify and resolve issues across M3 CloudSuite, Basware, and Tagetik, ensuring accuracy and efficiency of financial data</li><li>Manage incidents and problems, implementing permanent solutions to recurring issues and suboptimal workarounds</li><li>Represent the team in major incident and operational meetings, providing updates on finance-related system issues</li><li>Adhere to change management and security protocols to protect the production environment and maintain compliance</li><li>Identify and implement opportunities for system improvement, with a focus on automation and AI integration</li><li>Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions and review documentation for potential impacts</li><li>Provide technical support and expertise to system users, and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices</li><li>Ensure financial systems support compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards</li></ul>You’ll have the following skills and experience:<ul><li>Degree qualification desirable; part-qualified finance certification (CIMA, ACCA, ICAS) preferred</li><li>Experience across operational finance processes including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience in performance tuning and optimisation</li><li>Familiarity with financial reporting regulations and system optimisation best practices</li><li>Experience working in customer-focused environments and managing stakeholder expectations</li><li>Ability to translate business needs into system requirements and drive change through to completion</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a history of becoming a subject matter expert</li><li>Experience with process automation tooling preferred</li></ul>Find out more and apply now.Bring your energy.
